Import & Export

We handle the licensing, paperwork and logistics that stand between a foreign supplier and a U.S. licensee — and between U.S. product and an authorized foreign buyer.

Importing into the U.S.

  • ATF Form 6 import permit applications and Form 6A release
  • Importability review (sporting purpose, curio & relic status, parts)
  • Importer marking to federal requirements
  • Customs broker and freight coordination

Exporting from the U.S.

  • Classification of items under the applicable export regime
  • Export license applications and end-user documentation
  • Buyer screening against U.S. restricted-party lists
  • Shipping and record keeping through final delivery

Sourcing

  • Surplus, collectible and commercial lots from foreign suppliers
  • Condition and value assessment before you commit
  • Landed-cost estimates including duties and fees
Compliance

We import and export only for properly licensed or authorized parties, and only where the transaction is permitted under U.S. and destination-country law. Some shipments require government approvals that take weeks to months; we will tell you up front what applies.
